Beatriz checks into her hotel late at night. The clerk gives her a key card for room 214. She takes the elevator up to the second floor.
Beatriz se registra en su hotel tarde en la noche. La recepcionista le da una tarjeta llave para la habitación 214. Ella toma el elevador hasta el segundo piso.
She finds room 214 and slides the card in. The light turns green, and she opens the door. A man's jacket lies on the bed inside.
Encuentra la habitación 214 y desliza la tarjeta. La luz se pone verde, y abre la puerta. La chaqueta de un hombre está sobre la cama.
Beatriz stops and looks around the room. "This isn't my room," she says to herself.

She quickly steps back into the hallway. Just then, a man walks up with a key card.

His name is Nolan. He holds a card for room 214 too.

They both look down at their key cards. Both cards say room 214.

"The front desk made a mistake," Nolan says.

They walk down to the lobby together. The clerk checks the computer and gasps.

"I gave the same room to two guests," she says.

She prints a new key card for Beatriz. "Room 308 is ready and empty," the clerk says. Beatriz thanks her and takes the new card.

Nolan laughs. "Strange first meeting," he says. "Very strange," Beatriz says, and smiles.

She heads up to her real room this time.
