Zara joined the soccer team two years ago. Now she knows all the drills and rules. Today, a new boy comes to practice. He stands alone near the fence.
ज़ारा दो साल पहले फ़ुटबॉल टीम में शामिल हुई थी। अब उसे सारी ड्रिल और नियम आते हैं। आज प्रैक्टिस में एक नया लड़का आया है। वह बाड़ के पास अकेला खड़ा है।
The coach calls the team together. "This is Umar," she says. "He's new here."
कोच टीम को इकट्ठा करती है। "यह उमर है," वह कहती है। "यह यहाँ नया है।"
Umar looks nervous. He doesn't know anyone on the team.
उमर घबराया हुआ दिखता है। वह टीम में किसी को नहीं जानता।
Zara walks over and stands next to him.
ज़ारा उसके पास जाती है और उसके बगल में खड़ी हो जाती है।
"Hi, I'm Zara," she says. "Do you know the rules of this game?"

"Not really," Umar says. "I'm new to soccer."

"That's okay," Zara says. "I can explain them to you."
"कोई बात नहीं," ज़ारा कहती है। "मैं तुम्हें समझा देती हूँ।"
She explains the basic rules step by step. Umar listens carefully and nods.
वह बुनियादी नियम एक-एक करके समझाती है। उमर ध्यान से सुनता है और सिर हिलाता है।
"When the ball goes out, we stop and restart here," Zara says.
"जब गेंद बाहर चली जाती है, तो हम रुक जाते हैं और खेल यहीं से दोबारा शुरू करते हैं," ज़ारा कहती है।
"What about this line?" Umar asks. "What does it mean?"

"That line marks the edge of the field," Zara says.

The coach blows the whistle. "Everyone, take your positions!" she calls.

Zara points to a spot near Umar. "Stand here with me," she says. "I'll help you during the game."

They start the practice game together. Umar makes a good pass early on.

"Nice pass!" Zara shouts. "You're a fast learner."

Umar smiles and keeps running down the field.
