Odessa walks into a ballet class by mistake on her way to pottery and decides to stay for one round anyway.

Odessa signs up for a pottery class at the community center. Classes start on Tuesday at six o'clock.
Odessa se inscribe en una clase de cerámica en el centro comunitario. Las clases comienzan el martes a las seis en punto.
She arrives on time. She walks into Room 12, just like her paper says.
Llega a tiempo. Entra al salón 12, tal como dice su papel.
The room is full of people in soft shoes, not aprons. Music plays, and everyone stands in a line.
El salón está lleno de personas con zapatillas suaves, no con delantales. Suena música, y todos están de pie en fila.
"Excuse me, is this the pottery class?" Odessa asks a woman nearby.
«Disculpe, ¿esta es la clase de cerámica?», le pregunta Odessa a una mujer cercana.
"No, this is beginner ballet," the woman says. "Pottery is in Room 14, right next door."
«No, esto es ballet para principiantes», dice la mujer. «La cerámica es en el salón 14, justo al lado».
Odessa laughs and turns to leave. Then the teacher, Griffin, calls out to her.

"Wait! Since you're here, why not try one class?" he asks. "We always want new people."

Odessa checks the clock. Her pottery class starts in five minutes. But she stays anyway.

She stands at the back and copies the simple steps. Her moves are clumsy, but she doesn't stop.

By the end of class, she breathes hard. She smiles a big smile. "That was hard, but fun," she says.

"Come back next week," Griffin says. "We meet every Tuesday."

Odessa nods and picks up her bag. "Maybe I will," she says. "But I still need to find Room 14 first." She walks out and laughs about the mix-up.
