Asking for Directions

Leo is on vacation in a new city. He is fifteen years old. Today he wants to see the old museum.

Leo has a map. But it is hard to read. He does not know the way.

Leo có một tấm bản đồ. Nhưng nó khó đọc. Cậu không biết đường đi.

He sees a woman near a shop. She has a friendly face. Leo decides to ask her for help.

Cậu thấy một người phụ nữ gần một cửa hàng. Cô ấy có gương mặt thân thiện. Leo quyết định hỏi cô ấy để được giúp đỡ.

"Excuse me," Leo says. "Can you help me, please?"

"Xin lỗi cô," Leo nói. "Cô có thể giúp em không?"

"Of course," the woman says. "What do you need?"

"Tất nhiên rồi," người phụ nữ nói. "Em cần gì vậy?"

"I want to find the old museum," Leo says. "I don't know the way."

"Em muốn tìm viện bảo tàng cổ," Leo nói. "Em không biết đường đi."

The woman smiles. "It's not far," she says. "Walk straight down this street."

Người phụ nữ mỉm cười. "Không xa đâu," cô nói. "Em đi thẳng theo con đường này."

"Then turn left at the big clock," she says. "The museum is on the right."

"Sau đó rẽ trái ở cái đồng hồ lớn," cô nói. "Viện bảo tàng ở bên phải."

"Thank you so much!" Leo says.

"Em cảm ơn cô rất nhiều!" Leo nói.

"You're welcome. Have a nice day!" the woman says.

"Không có gì. Chúc em một ngày tốt lành!" người phụ nữ nói.

Leo walks straight down the street. He counts the shops. He watches the street carefully.

Leo đi thẳng theo con đường. Cậu đếm các cửa hàng. Cậu quan sát con đường thật kỹ.

Soon, he sees the clock. He turns left. He walks a little more.

Chẳng mấy chốc, cậu thấy cái đồng hồ. Cậu rẽ trái. Cậu đi thêm một đoạn nữa.

There it is! The old museum stands in front of him. Leo feels very happy.

Nó ở đó rồi! Viện bảo tàng cổ hiện ra ngay trước mặt cậu. Leo cảm thấy rất vui.

He walks inside. He looks around the room. He is happy to visit the new city.

Cậu bước vào trong. Cậu nhìn quanh phòng. Cậu vui vì được đến thăm thành phố mới.
