Petra had an orange cat named Biscuit. Every evening, Biscuit came home at six o'clock.
Petra tenía un gato color naranja llamado Biscuit. Cada noche, Biscuit llegaba a casa a las seis en punto.
On Tuesday, six o'clock came and went. Biscuit did not come home. Petra waited by the door.

She called Biscuit's name in the yard. Nothing happened. The street stayed quiet.

At seven, Petra walked around the block. She looked under cars and behind fences. There was no sign of Biscuit.

She went back home and waited. She made a cup of tea and watched the window.

Petra never put a bell on Biscuit. She looked at it closely. It had a tiny tag that said "Chester."

The next morning, Petra walked down the street. She stopped at a house with a nice garden.

A man opened the door. "Oh, that is Chester's bell," he said. "Your cat visits me every day. I feed him fish."

Petra laughed and thanked him. She walked home with a new neighbor to talk to.
