On Sunday morning, Jana walked to the park. She carried her blue yoga mat. A free yoga class started at nine.
रविवार की सुबह जाना पार्क की ओर चल पड़ी। उसके हाथ में उसकी नीली योगा मैट थी। नौ बजे एक मुफ़्त योगा क्लास शुरू होनी थी।
Near the big tree, she saw a group of people. Many of them had dogs.
बड़े पेड़ के पास उसे लोगों का एक समूह दिखा। उनमें से कई के साथ कुत्ते थे।
"Maybe it is yoga with dogs," Jana thought. She put her mat on the grass.
"शायद यह कुत्तों के साथ योगा है," जाना ने सोचा। उसने अपनी मैट घास पर बिछा दी।
A woman with a whistle smiled at her. "Welcome to dog class!" she said. "Today the dogs learn to sit."
सीटी वाली एक महिला ने उसकी ओर देखकर मुस्कुराया। "डॉग क्लास में स्वागत है!" उसने कहा। "आज कुत्ते बैठना सीखेंगे।"
Jana looked at her mat. "This is not yoga?" she asked.
जाना ने अपनी मैट की ओर देखा। "यह योगा नहीं है?" उसने पूछा।
"No," the woman said. "This is dog training."
"नहीं," महिला ने कहा। "यह कुत्तों की ट्रेनिंग है।"
Jana had no dog, but she did not leave. She sat on her mat and watched.
जाना के पास कुत्ता नहीं था, फिर भी वह वहाँ से नहीं गई। वह अपनी मैट पर बैठ गई और देखने लगी।
A small black dog sat down. A big brown dog lay on the grass. One funny dog ran in circles. Jana laughed and laughed.
एक छोटा काला कुत्ता बैठ गया। एक बड़ा भूरा कुत्ता घास पर लेट गया। एक मज़ेदार कुत्ता गोल-गोल दौड़ने लगा। जाना हँसती ही रही।
Then the small dog walked onto her mat. He sat down. Jana gave him a smile.
फिर छोटा कुत्ता चलकर उसकी मैट पर आ गया। वह बैठ गया। जाना ने उसे देखकर मुस्कुराया।
At last, she asked a man. "Where is the yoga class?"
आख़िर उसने एक आदमी से पूछा। "योगा क्लास कहाँ है?"
"By the lake," he said. "They start at nine."
"झील के पास," उसने कहा। "वे नौ बजे शुरू करते हैं।"
Jana picked up her mat and ran to the lake. The yoga teacher looked at her.
जाना ने अपनी मैट उठाई और झील की ओर दौड़ी। योगा टीचर ने उसकी ओर देखा।
"You are late," the teacher said.
"आप देर से आई हैं," टीचर ने कहा।
"I know," Jana said. "I was at dog class."
"मुझे पता है," जाना ने कहा। "मैं डॉग क्लास में थी।"
