The Drone on the Wrong Roof

Juno sat on the back porch and did homework. A small delivery drone flew overhead. It dropped a package on the shed roof next door.

The new neighbor, Soren, walked outside and looked up at his roof. He looked confused.

"That drone just left my package up there," Soren said. "I don't know how to get it down."

Juno walked over to the fence. "I can help," Juno said. "Did you use the delivery app?"

"Yes, but I don't understand it very well," Soren said. "I just moved here last week."

Juno looked at the app on Soren's phone. "There's a button for a failed delivery," Juno said. "It says 'package stuck.' You tap here."

Soren tapped the button. A message appeared: "A drone will return in ten minutes."

They waited by the fence and talked about the neighborhood. Ten minutes later, a second drone arrived.

It flew close to the roof. It picked up the package with a small claw. Then it placed the package safely on the porch.

"That's amazing," Soren said. "Thank you for your help, Juno. You know a lot about this!"

Juno smiled. "I use delivery drones all the time," Juno said. "You'll learn the app fast."
