The Flyer That Kept Moving

Rosalie's bake sale flyer keeps ending up in a different spot on the community board, until she watches the board and meets the librarian who sorts it.
Rosalie printed ten flyers for her school's bake sale. She pinned one to the community board outside the library. It was Monday morning.
On Tuesday, she walked past the board again. Her flyer was not where she left it. It sat in a different corner, near a lost-cat notice.
"That's strange," Rosalie said to herself. She moved it back to the middle of the board.
On Wednesday, the flyer was in a new spot again. This time it was near the bottom, by a music notice. Rosalie began to wonder if someone played a joke on her.
On Thursday, she decided to watch the board after school. She sat on a bench nearby with her backpack and a book.
At four o'clock, an older man walked up to the board. He wore a library name tag. He carried a small stack of papers. He picked up Rosalie's flyer and looked at it closely.
Rosalie walked over quickly. "Excuse me, why do you keep moving my flyer?"
The man smiled and pointed at the board. "I'm Harvey, from the library. I sort the board by type every afternoon. Food events go on the left side."
"Oh! I didn't know there was a system," Rosalie said.
"Most people don't," Harvey said. "It helps people find things quickly."
Rosalie looked at the board with new eyes. Food notices sat together on the left. Lost pets and lessons had their own sections too.
"That actually makes sense," Rosalie said. She pinned a second flyer exactly where Harvey showed her.
